After our first conversation, I’ll send you a personalized selling plan for your property—how we’ll position it, what I’ll handle, and where it makes sense to bring in additional support. If you don’t already have your own team, I can also introduce you to mortgage brokers and real estate lawyers I trust, so you have solid support around financing and closing.
